Directional estimate based on your inputs and typical B2B benchmarks, not a guarantee. A free audit turns it into a validated plan.
Get a tailored budget planWhat the B2B Ad Budget Estimator does.
Most teams set an ad budget top-down: last year's number, plus or minus. This estimator works the other way: start from the customers you need, and it back-solves the leads, the budget, and the channel split required to get there.
It's built on your own numbers (deal size, conversion rate, and channel costs), so the output is a directional plan you can actually pressure-test, not a generic benchmark.
Target new customers per month, average contract value, lead-to-customer rate, and channel mix + cost per lead.
Recommended monthly budget, a per-channel breakdown, and projected leads, customers, revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
Marketing and demand-gen leaders planning or sanity-checking paid spend.
The methodology.
- Leads needed = target customers ÷ lead-to-customer rate.
- Each channel's leads = total leads × its share of the mix; its budget = those leads × its cost per lead.
- Projected revenue = customers × ACV; blended CAC = total budget ÷ customers; ROAS = revenue ÷ budget.
- Defaults use directional B2B benchmarks you can override with your real figures.
