Input and critical analysis session: in this 3-hour session, the different aspects and current contexts of the brands, in order to know in depth the status and how to proceed to improve and prepare everything before investing in marketing. Additionally, it is a co-creation work where both the businessman and Tribe make a critical analysis.

2. Creative and strategic planning session: Our specialists meet in a collective brainstorm to analyze all the information received in the first session, thus producing the action plan based on the contexts and possibilities of the companies.

3. Output and deliverables session: in a new 3-hour session, the Effiqs team presents everything that will be the strategy, based on SMART goals with their scope, plans and roadmap, to know step by step how the strategy will be implemented. strategy.
